Questions, answered
Everything to know before your drip.
The questions we hear most, answered plainly. Anything else — ask when we call, or reach us at (732) 482-1030.
- What is IV therapy?
- IV therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes, and vitamins directly into your bloodstream through a small intravenous line. Because it bypasses digestion, hydration and nutrients are absorbed quickly and completely. Our drips are elective wellness treatments — think recovery, rehydration, and replenishment, tailored to how you want to feel.
- Who administers my IV?
- Mobile Restoration & Wellness is a physician-owned practice led by anesthesiology and pain-management specialists. Every treatment is administered by a licensed clinician, and every guest completes a good-faith medical evaluation with a clinician before their first drip.
- Is IV therapy safe?
- When it's run like a medical practice, yes. Every guest is screened by a clinician before treatment, we use single-use sealed supplies for every visit, and our team monitors you throughout your drip. If our clinicians determine IV therapy isn't appropriate for you, we'll say so.
- Does the IV hurt?
- Most guests feel a brief pinch when the line is placed — comparable to a standard blood draw — and little to nothing after that. Our clinicians place IVs for a living, and comfort is part of the job.
- How long does a visit take?
- Plan for roughly an hour from arrival to cleanup. The drip itself typically runs 30–45 minutes; NAD+ infusions run longer (about 2–4 hours) and we'll plan that with you in advance.
- Where do you go?
- We come to private homes, offices, hotels, and event venues across New Jersey. There's no clinic to visit — we bring everything to you and leave the space exactly as we found it.
- How do I book?
- Request a consult through our booking form and a clinician will reach out — typically within a few hours during business hours, always within one business day — to complete a brief evaluation and schedule your visit. Prefer to talk first? Call (732) 482-1030.
- How much does it cost?
- Drips range from $199 to $329, with boosters and add-ons from $25 and NAD+ programs from $449. Full pricing is listed on our services menu — no surprises. Group events are custom-quoted.
- Can you do groups and events?
- Yes — bridal parties, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, corporate wellness days, and team recovery are one of our specialties. Group bookings start at five guests with additional clinicians and IV stations. See our groups & events page for details.
- Do you take insurance?
- No — we're a direct-pay wellness practice, which keeps scheduling simple and visits on your terms. We don't bill insurance, and our elective wellness drips generally aren't covered by health plans.
- Who is IV therapy not for?
- We don't treat guests who are pregnant or nursing, and certain medical conditions may make IV therapy inappropriate — that's exactly what the good-faith evaluation is for. A clinician reviews your health history before any treatment and will recommend against a drip when that's the right call.
