Mobile Restoration & WellnessExpert care, everywhere

Meet the physicians

Care led by physicians, not just supervised by one.

At Mobile Restoration & Wellness, every protocol, formulation, and treatment plan is reviewed by a licensed physician — not just contracted out. That's the difference between a clinic and a service.

Medical Director, Mobile Restoration & Wellness

Co-Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Vinit Palayekar, MD

Board-eligible in Anesthesiology · Trained at Mount Sinai West & Morningside

Dr. Palayekar trained in Anesthesiology and Pain Management at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai West and Morningside, where he spent five years caring for patients across the most demanding clinical environments — the operating room, the post-anesthesia care unit, and the recovery floor. Mobile Restoration & Wellness grew from a conviction shaped by that training: the same precision and care that defines a hospital-grade infusion belongs in the patient's home — delivered safely, comfortably, and on their schedule.

Every drip on our menu is reviewed and approved by Dr. Palayekar personally. Formulations are matched to each patient's good-faith medical evaluation, drawn from evidence-based protocols, and delivered with the precision an anesthesiologist brings to every IV — meticulous access, careful dosing, and continuous attention to how the patient is feeling.

Outside the practice, Dr. Palayekar is a traveler, a student of wellness practices around the world, and a longtime devotee of the Jersey Shore — the same coast he now serves. The care he brings to a patient's home is the care he brings to his own life.

Co-Founder & Clinical Director

Dr. Abhinav Gangasani, MD

Board-certified in Anesthesiology · Trained at Rutgers RWJMS & Montefiore

Dr. Gangasani is New Jersey through and through — born in New Brunswick and trained as a physician in the same city, at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, before completing his Anesthesiology residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. A board-certified anesthesiologist, he practices in New Jersey today — caring for patients in the operating room with the same precision he brings to every visit this practice makes.

As Clinical Director, Dr. Gangasani shapes how care actually happens at Mobile Restoration & Wellness — the screening workflows behind every good-faith evaluation, the safety systems clinicians follow in the field, and the standards that make a drip in your living room as rigorous as one in a hospital. If Dr. Palayekar decides what goes in the bag, Dr. Gangasani makes sure every step around it is done right.

Serving New Jersey isn't a market decision for Dr. Gangasani — it's a homecoming. The towns this practice visits are the ones he grew up in, trained in, and never really left.

The standard

What “physician-led” actually means in our practice.

Good-faith medical evaluation, every visit

Before any IV is started, a licensed clinician completes a documented evaluation — by phone, secure video, or in person. It's not a formality. It's how we screen for contraindications and tailor the drip to you.

Pharmaceutical-grade compounding

Drips are mixed with ingredients sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies under physician-signed standing orders. Every formulation has provenance you can trace.

Clinical accountability

When a physician owns the practice, the physician's license is on the line for every visit. That changes the level of care you receive — and the level of care we demand of ourselves.
